Rights of users and legal representatives and how to exercise them

Users can view or modify their registered personal information at any time and request cancellation of subscription from the hotel.
Users can 'change personal information' (or 'modify member information', etc.) to inquire and amend their personal information.
If users want to cancel (withdraw consent to join) their subscription, they can withdraw by directly notifying the head office of their intention to “withdraw membership”.
